"We have been using RSO as our only catalogue and administration system since April 2003, and an earlier development version of it since April 2002.  The best thing I can say is that I trust it completely to do it's job.  It does seem very robust.  We've had no 'down-time' worth speaking of so far.

It's like having an extra member of staff, showing clients what we have, checking availability and taking their orders and bookings, and it works 24hours a day, 365 days a year.

Technical support is very good.  There's an 'RSO Support' link on every Admin. page so it's just one click to ask for help.  Problems have always been fixed very quickly, most within 60 minutes!

Here in Berkshire we serve eight PCTs.  Since we introduced RSO, use by all the areas has increased, and some quite dramatically.  It has particularly helped our more distant clients by giving them a proper accessible service."
